Estate Estate - Chapon & Matignon
Chapon: Located in the heart of the Marais district in Paris, this renovation of a commercial ground floor is a new physical showcase for Arts Dessinés, a magazine dedicated to drawings from all horizons (press cartoonists, illustrators, comic strip authors, painters, etc.). The project involves bringing together two exhibition areas and an office on an 80m2 platform. The coherence of this compartmentalised space was achieved by working identically on each piece of furniture needed to run the gallery.
Matignon: Interior design for an art gallery on Avenue Matignon in Paris. The project is based on the designof pieces of furniture with common characteristics that allow you to move from oneto the other: each element is visually associated to the next. An analysis of the gallery led to the final composition of 12 elements.
La générale - Parc des Brigittines
Générale's architects have transformed the triangular plot of residual land squeezed between an L-shaped high-rise block of social housing and the elevated railway tracks of the Jonction Nord-Midi, to create the new Brigittines park. This outdoor space, which incorporates play, craftsmanship and shared territoriality, is open both to the building's residents and to the general public.
Notan office - Duchesse
The DUCHESSE project stands out for its innovative transformation of former industrial halls and a private mansion into a micro-city of varied housing. Based on volumetric subtraction, the project creates shared green spaces while preserving the site's industrial identity.

As part of the future master plan for the core area of Dilbeek, these 3 urban functions constitute an important link in the interweaving of residential, commercial, hospitality and employment uses.

iMAL by Central / NP2F
IMAL is a unique place in the Brussels landscape. More than an art center, it takes its relevance both by the culture it proposes and by its urban situation. A culture of co-production, anchored in its time. An accessible place, at the crossroads of two neighborhoods, capable of federating a plural public through the transversality of its activities.
A former factory situated along the canal of Brussels has the ambition to become the Center for Arts, Sciences, Technology, Innovation and Inclusion.

URSULINEN by Label
School. The Ursulinensite in the centre of Mechelen, Belgium, is characterised by a mishmash of building types and styles, lacking any clear definition. Made up out of different public buildings intertwined with private dwellings, the building block presents itself as a labyrinthine and hardly legible piece of city fabric.
In an attempt to structure the open space of the building block, the project introduces a series of courtyards. In combination with the extreme compactness of the new buildings, we recreate large unbuilt spaces, forming breathing areas in the middle of the dense block.
